The Medieval Era is intriguing to me. The Middle Ages are referred to as the Medieval Era or Medieval Period. The dating of this period varies but commonly it is from the fall of the Western Roman Empire in the 5th century to the beginning of the Renaissance in the late 14th or early 15th century.

But what a fascinating period of history. So much happened in the world. It begins at the fall of the Roman Empire. The Hundred Years' War, the Crusades, the Inquisition, the Protestant Reformation, the Black Death, the Magna Carta and Canterbury Tales. This was the Era of Joan of Arc, Martin Luther, Charlemagne, and King Arthur. And this is like the tip of a history iceberg.
Ideas for books for this era are many. It's TIME that's the problem.
